Paintings

Diana works in acrylics on gessoed board and more recently, canvas. The depth of color in her work is achieved by painstakingly applying layer after layer of thin paint, with washes of thinner color in between. Favorite subjects include villages and farms, the seacoast and individual houses with orderly yards and tidy gardens all around. Her paintings are whimsical, yet realistic, and beg to be hung where the viewer can get up close and be drawn into the busy, little worlds she creates where the skies are almost always blue and someone is waving happily.

Prices on the website include framing, and shipping is generally FedEx Ground. Payments for paintings may be made by check or money order. Any diversion with framing, shipping or payment method must be worked out with Diana personally prior to shipment.
